"Wholemeal" pasta is made exclusively from Demeter certified biodnyamic hard wheat semolina ground togheter with a percentage of the grain shell in order to preserve all of the nutritional properties of the shortest time possible, which gives the pasta a more intense taste, this pasta can be combined with light & refined dressings. The presence of a part of the shell of the grain helps mineral salt & aids the upkeep of the intestine.
