The recipe:

Sedani di kamut with artichoke cream
Ingredients to serve 4:

Sedani di kamut 380gr
artichokes c3
3 tablespoons fresh cream
onion half
pint vegetable stock
Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper q.s.

Wash the artichokes, cut off the ends and remove the leaves more 'outside, cut into 4 pieces and put them in water with lemon juice.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, fry the onion in oil and add the artichokes. Add the vegetable broth and cook for about 45 minutes. When cooked, chopped, add the cream, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Boil pasta in salted water after cooking add to the mixture.
