organic pasta biologica Mixed wholemeal pasta fusilli

Features:

Fusilli: 500gr - 15pz

The recipe:

Fusilli with courgettes
Ingredients to serve 4:

Fusilli 350gr
Courgettes 500gr
Finely chopped parsley 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 clove
Chilli powder 1 pinch
Grated parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste

Wash the courgettes and boil them in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain them and cut them in strips. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the clove of garlic, the courgettes and brown everything until golden. Season to taste.
In the meantime cook the fusilli al dente in a large pan with plenty of salted boiling water (always put the pasta in after the water has started boiling).
Drain, add to the sauce, remove the garlic, add the parmesan and a pinch of chilly powder, mix well and serve hot.
