The recipe:

Penne Senatore Cappelli with gorgonzola blue cheese and walnuts
Ingredients to serve 2:

Penne 150gr
Gorgonzola dolce 100g
Chopped walnuts 5
Parmesan cheese to taste
a knob of butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the penne in plenty of boiling water.
Squash the cheese with a fork to make it creamier, add a little of the penne's cooking water, mix together and then add half of the chopped walnuts.
Add this sauce to the cooked spaghetti with the butter, pepper and parmesan cheese, mix well. Garnish with the rest of the walnuts and serve hot.
