The recipe:

Fusilli with curcuma e tuna
Ingredients to serve 4:

Fusilli 350gr
Tuna in oil 150gr
5 tablespoons tomato puree
Anchovies in salt 3
Garlic 1 clove
Chopped parsley q.s.
Extra virgin olive oil q.s.
Salt and pepper q.s.

Cook the garlic clove peeled in the oil, add the well-washed and diluted anchovies, let them melt and mix carefully. Combine the tomato and a few spoonfuls of water. Add the tuna in pieces and a little parsley. Cook for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the linguine in a pot with plenty of salt water, drain the pasta to the tooth and season with the sauce.
