Penne "All'Arrabbiata": 500gr - 10pz

The recipe:

Penne "All'Arrabbiata" with bacon
Ingredients to serve 4:

Penne 350gr
6 tablespoons tomato puree
Bacon 100 gr (a slice cut thick)
Oregano q.s.
Grated parmesan q.s.
Cream 125g
Extra virgin olive oil q.s.
Salt and pepper q.s.

In a pan put the diced bacon with a little pepper and cook. Then add the tomato puree, the oregano, and the cream. Bake in the pens in salted water, drain underdone and pour into prepared sauce. Then serve with parmesan cheese.
