Tagliatelle ai Funghi Porcini: 500gr - 10pz

The recipe:

Tagliatelle with mushrooms with mushroom sauce
Ingredients to serve 4:

Tagliatelle 350gr
Porcini mushrooms 200g
1 bunch parsley
2 garlic cloves
White wine 100ml
Vegetable stock 250g
Cream 120g
Extra virgin olive oil q.s.
Salt and pepper q.s.

Wash and cut the mushrooms in a frying pan fry the 'garlic with a little' of olive oil, then add the mushrooms, sprinkle everything with the white wine, salt and add the parsley previously washed and chopped. Cook mushrooms occasionally adding the vegetable stock. Cook the noodles separately in salted water, drain and dress with mushrooms, cream, a bit of pepper.
