The recipe:

Tempestina spelled baked
Ingredients to serve 4:

Tempestina Spelt 400 gr
500 g zucchini
3 carrots
Parsley q.s.
1 clove garlic
Grated parmesan q.s.
Cheese to melt q.s.
Cream q.s.
Extra virgin olive oil q.s.
Salt q.s.

Peel the zucchini, peel the carrots and cut it into cubes and place in a pan with olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. When cooked, add the cream.
In boiling water cook the pasta. Put the pasta and the sauce in a baking dish, add grain and chese to melt.
Put in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
