The recipe:

Conchiglie with turnip greens
Ingredients to serve 4:

Conchiglie 350gr
Turnip greens 800gr
Anchovy fillets 3
1 clove garlic
Chili powder 1 pinch
Extra virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons
Salt q.s.

Discard the stems and tough leaves of turnip greens, taking only the tops and the leaves more tender and wash in cold water. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil with the finely sliced garlic and let it brown. Add the anchovy fillets chopped, stir with a wooden spoon, making them almost melt and stretch the sauce with 3 tablespoons of the pasta cooking. Meanwhile cook the pasta al dente in salted water and aggingetevi, 5 minutes before the end of cooking, turnip greens.
Drain everything and season with the sauce. Stir and sprinkle with a pinch of red pepper.
