Spaghetti: 500gr - 15pz

The recipe:

Tasty spaghetti
Ingredients to serve 4:

Spaghetti 350gr
Tomato pulp 6 tbsp
Olive pate 1 tbsp
Parsley 1 handful
Garlic 1 clove
Grated parmesan Cheese to taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Cook the spaghetti al dente in a large pan with plenty of salted boiling water (always put the spaghetti in after the water has started boiling). In the meantime heat the tomato pulp with the garlic, 2 tbsp of the boiling water where the pasta is cooking, the olive pate, the finely chopped parsley and leave it all to cook for 10 minutes while stirring well. At the end, add the oil, the cooked spaghetti and toss for a minute.
Serve hot with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
