


"Norwegian capelli d'angelo"
Ingredients to serve:
| Capelli d'angelo | 350gr |
| Smoked salmon | 40ml |
| Cooking cream | 150ml |
Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
to taste |
Salt, pepper, brandy and parsley |
to taste |
Cut the salmon in strips, cook it in a pan with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Then add a drop of brandy and when the spirit has evaporate, add the cream and switch the heat off. Wash and chop finely the parsley. |
