"Norwegian capelli d'angelo"

Ingredients to serve:

le paste
WITH OUR PASTA
Demeter
Capelli d'angelo 350gr
Smoked salmon 40ml
Cooking cream 150ml

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

to taste

Salt, pepper, brandy and parsley

to taste

Cut the salmon in strips, cook it in a pan with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Then add a drop of brandy and when the spirit has evaporate, add the cream and switch the heat off. Wash and chop finely the parsley.
Cook the Capelli d'angelo pasta in a lot of salted water. When cooked al dente, put the pasta in the pan with the salmon and add the parsley. Mix all well together and serve hot.
